Tuition is billed weekly and is expected by Friday the week before. We offer multiple convenient payment methods to support our families' diverse needs and busy schedules.

When is tuition due and what payment methods are accepted?
Tuition is due every Friday the week before service. We accept payments via bank transfer, check, cash, Venmo, or our secure online parent portal. Auto-pay options are also available for your convenience.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! The Learning Nest offers a 10% discount on the lower tuition for siblings, and a 10% discount for families who choose to pay monthly instead of weekly.
Are subsidies or government assistance programs accepted?
As a religious-based facility, we currently operate as DHR license exempt. Please contact our office to discuss your specific situation and see what private scholarship or payment plans may be available.
What is the policy for schedule changes or withdrawals?
We require a four-week written notice for any withdrawals or schedule changes (e.g., full-time to part-time). This helps us manage our ratios and waiting lists effectively.
